Pranayama Painting

In yoga, pranayama is another name for the “breath.” The goal of any yoga practice is to find a calm and relaxing breath so that in situations where you may feel frustrated, angry, or sad, you can use different breathing exercises to calm yourself down. Pranayama painting is a great way to practice breathing exercises and create some fun art all at the same time!
