Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Teacher Trainees have been studying hard since early April of 2020 -- with discussion, experientials, reading, writing, drawing, small-group sharing, and more. Teresa Jackson is a particularly committed and joyful trainee. See this video on our Facebook page to hear about her experience with training!
As another way in, Teresa also passed along a written testimonial:
Flow and Grow Kids Yoga Teacher Training has been such an amazing and transformative experience for me! I have used Flow and Grow’s curriculum in my kids' yoga classes for several years, and my students love all of the fun lessons. I was so excited and thrilled to now be able to study under Lara [Hocheiser] for my 95 hour RCYT training, which has been so wonderful for me. Lara is a true professional in the field of children’s yoga.
I love the way all of the classes are very engaging and packed full of knowledge and information needed to teach yoga and mindfulness to children of all ages. Lara shares her expertise in a very clear, concise and supportive manner so that everyone, regardless of experience or background, can access the tools needed to become a successful children’s yoga teacher. I highly recommend this training and will always be grateful for this incredible experience!!

There's still plenty of time to join the 95-hour track, the 18-hour Foundations course, or any of the other individual modules.
